Project owner
CRM Route Hub is an internal advertising workflow tool operated by ФОП Голомах Дмитро Анатолійович (Ukrainian sole proprietor), Ukraine, for advertising the operator’s freight transportation services. Vladyslav Holomakh acts as the project representative and developer. Contact: admin@crmroutehub.com.
Draft workspace data
The workspace processes the account names and advertiser IDs, campaign names, budget amounts, destination URLs, targeting and creative notes you enter. This data is held in the current page's memory. It is not sent to our server, TikTok or analytics services by the workspace. We do not use local storage, cookies, visitor accounts or a draft database. Refreshing the page or selecting Clear workspace removes the current draft.
CRM workspace data
The CRM processes opportunity reference labels, route notes, stages, follow-up dates and next-action notes only in the current page memory. Stage changes and filtering are local. Export creates a JSON file on your device. Refreshing the page or using Clear opportunities removes the current records. No CRM records are sent to a server or TikTok, and no browser persistence is used.
Exports
When you choose Download draft JSON, a file containing your draft is created on your device. You control its storage, sharing and deletion. Do not enter passwords, access tokens or other secrets into draft fields. Anyone with access to your browser session or exported file may be able to read its contents.
Hosting and contact
Netlify serves this website and may process IP addresses and standard technical request logs under its own policies. See Netlify's privacy notice. If you email us, the email service processes your message and contact details; these are used to answer your request. Project correspondence is kept while needed to handle the inquiry, and you may request its deletion.
TikTok integration status
No TikTok authorization, account fetching, token storage or ad publishing is currently enabled. Before enabling a live integration, this notice will be updated to explain actual server-side storage, retention, revocation and deletion practices. Planned use is limited to campaign management for explicitly authorized advertisers. Advertising data will not be sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
Your choices
You can use the public information pages without entering account data. Clear or refresh the workspace to remove in-memory inputs, and delete exported files separately. Contact admin@crmroutehub.com for privacy, access, correction or deletion requests relating to correspondence.
